Personally I'd spray it in matte black, drybrush a relevant shade of gold over everything, and then use a dark Army Painter varnish/wash. Might get close.

Utilizing Careful Highlighting

It's not been drybrushed .
Looks like Vallejo liquid gold then a black wash then he has mixed weathering powder and isopropyl alcohol and washed that into the recesses and clean/wiped off any bits on raised areas . Then used dry powder around the feet legs and base

@curnow wow that seems... complicated. I assume it is probably right however as I have never seen an effect like this ever. Anyone have any idea how to get this same effect using basically GW stuff?

Doesnt look anything like that complicated to me.
I'd suggest trying what I suggested, and see if it gives a result you're happy with.

Just paint it gold and change the lighting?
Not many one-step processes are gonna achieve the effect...

It looks like it could be Balthesar Gold (I can't remember how it's spelt) to look bronze, washed with Glossy Agrax Earthshade and then a dry brush of a lighter gold over the top for highlights, like Liberator Gold perhaps. It looks like it could have some extreme highlights of silver too, but I don't think so. If it does though, I'd recommend Stormhost Silver.
The leather bits and handle look to be Mournfang Brown, washed with normal Agrax and maybe highlighted with Scrag Brown

It isn't a million miles from mine, which was a base of warplock bronze, with the highlights built up with very watered down auric gold. Then runefang for highlighting tips and recesses darkened with druchii violet.
