Hello.

I would like to add the "old" Space Marine helmets to my Primaris Marines, on the first marine I tried to dry fit it, but it felt alittle bit odd... So I was wondering if anyone else has done this and maybe got some pictures?

Anything helps really, head or helmet. The problem I faced was that it felt like the helmets was pressed into their torsoe, so I might have to add something to make them come over their shoulders abit.

I have a Primaris lieutenant I've been tinkering with, most heads will fit. I've tried a Mk III, a Mk IV, an Alpha Legion HH helmet and a bare head from a third party company.

The only one I can't fit is a beakie head from the DA bikers kit, it's a little bigger than a standard beakie head and doesn't fit the armored gorget.

I prefer to buy from miniature manufacturers that *don't* support the overthrow of democracy.

The primaris guys are basically truescale marines. Oldmarines are in heroic scale so their heads and shoulders are exaggerated size. This means the vast majority of heads and shoulders (aka the main conversion parts on marines) are compatible with either type of model.
