Deployment/strategy

Blades, guardians, shurican lord and enhance/drain seer.
Far flank, slow advance for late game assault.

2x guard, 2x gaurdian and the conceal seer as a blob.
Opposite flank spread, this is my bees nest with all units intermingled to muddle opponents target priority while advancing forward to capture objectives or target opponents units.

The knight and other two lords will be front and center, they are to contest and own the center of the board for turns 1&2 if they survive that long they are to keep my opponents army divided in half as long as possible.

Once my wraithlords weapons are magnetized I can make all my wraithlords shuriken lords and they should give me enough points to upgrade the knight to a sun cannon.

I like it. Craftworld or Yvraine? I can see benefits with either.

I don't see why you would play Craftworlds with a Wraith-centric list. Ancient Doom is utterly useless. I actually played my sub-optimized version of a Wraith list at a recent 8th edition mini tourny and came in 2nd, only losing to a hardcore girlyman mech list. I entered as Ynnari and totally forgot I was playing as such. Never once used Soulburst. Wraithguard are strong. Still not sold on Wraithlords unfortunately. The Wraithseer was also a disappointment, but the skat WK looks
promising.

I ran mech Wraithguard with the support of 2 Warp Hunters fyi.

I would definitely swap the shurican cannons on the knight with the lord with the starcannons. The knight gets no penalty moving and shooting heavies, while your lord does.

Have you considered the hemlock? It is one of the strongest units eldar have access to. Drop a wraithlord?

The Wraithlords were always meh in the previous editions. Too slow and too less damage output. Not sure if this has changed with the new ed.
I'll run my Wraithknight with a suncannon. Many dakka for the bucks.

Another option to consider - run the list as a vanguard and spearhead detachment. You would lose one command point, but you already satisfy the minimum requirements, and it would allow you to drop all of your troops choices for more spirit host units or maybe some wave serpents.

Thanks for the help. Heres how what I can do.

As for the craft world and others Im still foggy as to why we have other eldar factions now and what they are capable of. In 7th I only played a craftworld detachment twice because it took forever for me to get vypers, vauls wraths, and walkers for the core choice.
Any info on why and how to use the other factions would be nice.

Wraithlords will be up to play style. With an 8" movement driving up the feild is not near as hard as before.

The hemlocks/hunters have been on my wish list for like 2 years because of flying circus but at 50$ each I can't afford new models till I get more overtime.

I wanted star cannons on the knight but lacked point with my list design. My lords weapons are all glued right now so when I get those worked off and mounted with shuriken cannons I will be upgrading the knight.

As for the dropping the guardians It will be a whole other list for me. Im only vested at 240 points and depending on how it works out its like a 16pt upgrade for each of the guards and blades to have two more wounds and 2 shuriken catapults. The thought is if they target my wraiths my guardians will be able to get close enough to light 'em up and if the target my guardians for the easy kill my wraith will be on their door step.

As for changes for optimizing
Keep the knight and split the spirit seers to a vanguard and spearhead
I could trade all the gaurdians for two serpents.
Does spear head required two or three heavies, I could trade one lord for a hemlock, that's an extra Psyker and makes my list solid wraith except for the serpents.
