Subject: Are there any companies that make plastic fairy model kits?

So, gave my fiancé Alarielle last night, and she put her together. She wants more fairy models. She wants to build them. So Reaper model fairies are out, as they're basically already assembled. Can you guys suggest any companies that might have actual fairy kits that can be built in similar manner to GW models? She already wants the mounted elves on reindeer and a spellsinger as well, but they aren't "fairies", per say. So...help me out, Dakka.

again not quite a fairly but Kaeris from Malifaux is a winged woman newer plastic vs original metal if she's ok with risqué and resin then there's this 54mm mini from Kabuki (note they're dropping the range in about 5-7 days so buy fast if you want it) https://www.kabuki-studio.com/1104-large_default/tinker-bell.jpg in metal (and oop?) Bad Fairy from Freebooter Automatically Appended Next Post: Also worth browsing the painting sites like CMON and Putty&Paint for fairies to see if anything catches her eye

Thanks guys! Not really keen on the hasslefree stuff, but Kaeris is a great find!! Does malifaux stuff usually require assembly? She got the modeling itch from assembling Alarielle (yup, that's the model I chose to start her on!). She's started asking for Fenrisian Wolves too; she likes the wolves, and I don't have the heart to tell her they aren't really wolves!

GW wood elves have some tiny fairies on the sprue. They don't require assembly, though. The gryphhounds may also scratch the fantasy/wolf itch.
Malifaux has some plastic dogs that require assembly. Malifaux minis are made by WGF, who did the plastics for Kingdom Death, so they assemble like puzzles. Some hobbyists feel that Malifaux minis are too delicate or fiddly, but it sounds like she would enjoy them.
Mantic elves have a delicate otherworldly look that can pass for Fay. They don't have wings, though. Some time in the next year, Reaper will be releasing plastic fairy wings that can be added to any miniature, which should open up a few doors.

Also not plastic but Dark Sword's ranges should have quite a few models of interest:

I'm don't think they are multipart, but if you like a more cartoony fairy and settle for cast figs, it might be worth hunting down some of the faries from the "Fairy Meat" game. IIRC, they advertised it as a 1:1 scale game!
The rules are still avaialble as PDF's but the figs are OOP.

I got my good lady the Faeries Wear Boots model from Hasslefree for our first St. Valentine's Day together - it helped that she looks a LOT like that faerie! (And owns Doc Martins... that model was a perfect fit for her - now, we are married, and have a wee bairn of our own, but she is still my stompy faerie.)

Well then! Don't think anyone will be able to top that one! LOL!
Full description is more like this: Flying pink pony unicorn with magical ballerina fairy firing rainbow lasers while wearing oven mitts (because lasers get hot).
