Hi!

I know this game is 28mm, but besides GW Skaven, I've found some 10-15 mm ratmen. Will they be "legal"? I thought they would look cool like a massive horde of small rats. Anyway, thanks for your answers : )

As long as the base size is correct it shouldn't be a problem

Having small ratmen two to a base each pair counting as one model, similar to how Brimstone Horrors work, would be an excellent way of depicting a large horde army.

Correct base size and the rule of cool are the order of the day. At least in the Southeast US.
