Just played my first 8th edition game tonight. One question that came up. Could my Daemon prince use Psychic Powers during the Psychic Phase within 1 inch and in CC with a enemy model? We did not see anything that says you couldn't. Pretty much everything else in the rules seems to say one way or another, so we went with yes I could.

The game says you can use Powers in the psychic phase. Being within 1" just by itself doesn't add any restrictions.
