I have been trying to figure out where this piece in my collection came from and I just can't seem to find the exact piece.

No, there is nothing stamped under it.

The little crystal ball almost makes me think it's from some kind of gift shop..and not a gaming miniature, etc. You know what I mean, some kind of Hallmark miniature or something?

This is a gift shop pewter castle. Without a stamp, it's hard to tell where exactly you got it from as many come afixed to geodes or quartz. Pewter Manor and Pewter Dragon are some online retailers or these pewter castles amoungst other pewter statues. Good luck in your search.
