Aqshy, realm of Fire

Hey Dakka,

I'm by no means a Dark Angels fan (Blood Angels for life, yo) but I'm more than a little intrigued as to what happened to Cypher and where is he now? In the Storm: The Gathering, he was captured by Robbie and made it to Terra. Outside of this there doesn't seem to be much as there's now a focus on the primaris marines. Was the reason he wanted to see Big E revealed?

This is where I'd put my signature...If I had one!

No one knows that's the thing with cypher, he pops out of nowhere at the right moment, nobody knows where he is until he pops up somewhere.

Common wisdom is that Cypher was on the way to Terra to stab the Emperor with the Lion's Sword. He's probably in a dungeon somewhere.

Which is part of the theory that if the Emperor's corporeal form is killed he will either reincarnate OR be able to regenerate his old body.

the question I have is, what makes the Lion sword so special? clearly it has something that makes it special, what?

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

It may possibly be the "Anathema". The sword that nearly killed Horus and is especially deadly vs psykers and any creature with a warp presence. Basically a magic sword of killing psykers/daemons/anything with lots of warp energy.

it was wielded by Lion el' himself I think. It's the key to unlock Lion's chamber in the Rock. The Dark Angels have Luther's Sword, to unlock his cell.
