Hi, Guys

I have a few questions about the new Primaris and Reiver models.

To start, is the Intercessor included in the Getting Started With Warhammer 40,000 a unique pose or is it a duplicate of one already released?

I've heard mention that GW stores are using a Primaris model to do their introductory paint lesson. Is this accurate and if so, is that model a unique pose or one released elsewhere?

While looking for Chapter ideas for my Primaris guys, I remember seeing an image of Reivers photoshopped to look like Raven Guard but I can't find the picture. Does anyone know which thread it was in or better yet, have a link to it?

Speaking of Reivers, is anyone filling in the shin armor, or just letting it go? If not filling in, is anyone making the shin flesh colored to enhance the shorts & shoes look? Any plans on making a "Pretty Marine" with bare shins and purple Crocks?

Spoiler:

How mismatched do the arms/weapons of SM Devestators look when put onto Primaris bodies?

There is an entire ravenguard article on the GW community site with the reivers so I'd check that out.

The new ravenguard chapter tactic also looks great for the primaris marines.

Arms and guns don't look right. They're too small. Heads and shoulder pads are compatable, and the size of hands isn't much different, though

Thanks, Bi'ios.

I found that Raven Guard pic so I'm good on that, too. That leaves only two questions that I haven't gotten answers to.

- Is the Intercessor included in the Getting Started With Warhammer 40,000 a unique pose?

- Are GW stores are using a Primaris model to do their introductory paint lesson? If so, is that model a unique pose?

Kind of unique. See this thread for details - some stores had these at launch for giveaway/painting items.

As you can see, it is the same as the Marine in the Getting Started magazine, except it is standard grey instead of blue. No idea if this has seen any wider release as a store learn to paint figure. There is going to be another 40K 'Learn to paint' set that will feature three Intercessors, but they will likely be unique to that set, as the marines were in the last edition version of that set. Which is now discontinued. I think this guy will stay as just a give away, or coming with the magazine.
