On June 1 I purchased FW Power Generators , Heavy weapon Turret Emplacement , Defence line A , Defence line B , Defence line Bombed out Bunker , Barricades set , Fuel Dump , Ammo Dump , Heavy Bolter Sandbag Pillbox , Auto Cannon Pillbox , Set of 3 tank traps (triangle type) from superdry. After the purchase he attempted to sell me other FW terrain but I was waiting for the original shipment to arive. now it has been over a month with me attempting to contact him and see where my package was. below is the PM trail.

Hi yes sure I can wait till the 1st no problem, I have been looking into a PayPal account but people I no say that it's crap to put it bluntly. Also as a new PayPal customer there is a 21 day holding on all payments for new customers, having said that I may be ok with PayPal as a gift.
Tho I will have to see what the shipping cost will be. Let me know what you think an I'll pop it in a box an go get a postage cost

All the Bunkers have there tops but none have weapons not even sure if they ever come with any when new.

First. That sucks.

Second. Admins can do nothing for you. Dakka is not a trade site. Any sales on here are strictly between the users. If you paid with paypal use paypal to get your money back.

Third, i would never buy from someone with only 6 posts in their history.

Fourth, cut a lot of the nonsense irrelevent pms out of that and/or put spoilers around it so its not a massive wall of unreadable text.

If there is no tracking number, open a case with PayPal.

There is not much else that can be done.

Never pay with gift. and it seems you have made that mistake mate, i only got halfway and im sorry superdry seem's suspect as hell.

Call PayPal and speak to a human, they can help where the automated system can't.

I rarely make this kind of statement, but I have bought from superdry. It did take a little longer than I hoped, but the product did arrive.

Can you give us a tl:dr version? It's real hard to read on mobile. As others said, call PayPal and talk to a person, usually gets you a "don't do that again" and a refund.

I'll add it to the TR list when I get to a pc.

TLDR:

Dudes selling some FW terrain, a few days I am in field and didnt reply he sent multiple messages, he agrees to hold until the first, after purchase he tries to sell me some other things and I agree after I get paid again, wait until around that time and message him because I havent seen the package or heard anything from him. he refuses to answer
