"No protectors, no Lantern, no Kryptonian." - Confirmation that The Green Lantern Corps exist, but there isn't a member on Earth, or at least, not a human member (Green Lanterns being space cops, would be relatively well known, galactically speaking). On the other hand... That doesn't look like the Batwing on 3:14. So maybe Abin Sur arrives to help partway through the film. - there's been persistent rumours of him being in the film.

Interesting thing about that "No Kryptonian" - At 1:40, you see Bruce looking at a hologram of Superman, fair enough... On the other hand... At 1:42, I'd argue that's a bare leg or a pair of tights. In other words. Supergirl. - And that teaser at the end. "He said you'd come, now lets hope you're not too late." What if, Supergirl has been operating in secret (hence why Darkseid / Steppenwolf doesn't know of her), Bruce managed to find out about her and told Alfred, he believes she'd reveal herself when the need is greatest.



On the other hand, it could just be Superman. Or both.

Anyhow, exciting times! I'm excited!

Very promising trailer. Kick-arse action, evidence of a very nice team dynamic, plenty of humour and Steppenwolf looking awesome (though his voice does have a touch of the early-trailer Banes about it, might need to just be a little clearer to be intelligible in the film itself).

On a related note, it sounds like the Flash movie is instead being set up as a version of Flashpoint... if that is done properly, and we get Aquaman vs Wonder Woman, Thomas Wayne Batman and a good Reverse Flash, that could be a great way to shake up the formula after a couple of JL films.

I just hope the film can live up to the trailer (in the way Suicide Squad clearly didn't)

I think the hologram is just Supes. Seems like his absence (at least for a bit) will be a major story driver. But then I guess we knew that after Luthor said that "they" know God is dead.

There's a small green glow in Alfred's glasses, which could mean GL. Or not. I think we're certainly going to see a member of the Corps at some point. GL is too prominent in their new opening and recent brand advertising, like the artwork that Momoa tweeted.

Edit: some of the music is a remixed version of the MoS theme, again pointing his importance in the film.

Well at one point we hear (what I am guessing is) Steppenwolf talking and he says that we have no Lantern(s) and no Kryptonian and thus the world will fall like any other so it does reference the Corp.

Huh. Not sure what I think about this trailer. I mean, BvS was trash, but WW was amazeballs. Maybe this film will prove Wonder Woman wasn't an aberration and DC really has figured out how to make good films. I'm going to be cautiously optimistic about this film. If there's another trailer coming further down the line, I may change my stance, but as it stands now I plan to see this.

Overall, looking promising. Still think Cyborg and Flash look silly, but the rest of the movie looks ace.

Cyborg especially is too cgi-looking, at least right now.

Hopefully that gets cleaned up between now and release day.

I personnaly have some hope that this movie is going to be good. It as a more balanced team than the Avengers movie. This allows for each character to have their moment and certain use in the story including in the climax.

Batman will be the Team Leader (despite him not really wanting to be in that position). Aquaman will be the Muscle (you don't hire Momoa for anything else than the badass dude). Cyborg will play the Brain (the dude who use technobable to solve issues). Flash will be the Comic Relief (he will also fill in the self doubting recruit role). Wonder Woman will be the ''Heart'' of the team (without much surprise there)

Should they make an appearence, Superman will be the Paragon (the one that has the role and qualities of all the other team members, but to a lesser degree). Should Green Lantern be added, he might serve either as the mentor (with some plot exposition role) or as the maverick (the dude who tries to subvert the Leader's authority with bad consequences until he start to improve on his plans).
