as I read the support sustem effect list I saw that multi-tracker does not say that the model need to have two or more weapons ,so the stealth suits( they have only one weapon,so every time they shot ,is like they shot all their weapons in one target ) get every time they shot re-roll hits of 1?

Correct. However in the grand scheme of things it is huge point dump. I'd rather spend the point to just buy a marker drone or pathfinder.
