I have two boxes worth of Primaris through trading and I want to put them on the tabletop for modeling reasons. But the only games I can get are ITC tournament games at Game Empire. I have all kinds of infantry but don't own any standard squat marine vehicles like Razorbacks or Rhinos. Here is what I was thinking. I think this list is off a few points but I will adjust at the margins to make it 2000 (and some errors may be present due to not having the new codex). The idea behind this list is the maximize the use of Command points with the UM warlord trait and Guilliman. All of the models should be able to string out in a star around RG and walk up the board with a lot of rerolls. The inceptors should be dropping near the RG bubble for rerolls but could go for objectives if necessary. Expensive primaris models should be standing near the emperor banner.

Badly! That is how. I played a test game against DE mech, 2x tantalus, 3x ravager, 1x transport one. It was bad. I could ace 1 tauntilus with my shooting on my beta strike, but after two turns of shooting (I went second) I was down to like 5 marines and my characters. Primaris herd is terribly vulnerable to mech lists ... and mech lists are everywhere.
