This last weekend I managed to get a large game against one of my regular opponents. We have a growing 30k scene at my local store and we thought it would be fun way to entice others into the game.

Below is a few images from the first few turns (sadly my phone died before the game ended).

In this game we both brought the respective primarchs, Russ was in the Spartan and Vulcan was in the baneblade (a proxy mastodon). Also the salamander player used some of mine and a mutual friends vehicles to round out his Motor pool.


















With The Red Blades special rule I was able to scout forward my assault troops.


Wolves went forward and advanced full speed ahead.




The wolves managed to destroy a few vehicles namely a land raider and a few vindicators.





Finally the custodes came down to help against the enemy.
