With all the new changes coming with Generals Handbook 2017 do you think GW will still support Armies like Bretonnia and Tomb Kings? Esp with the new Rules and focus on Deathrattle?

I honestly hope that they abandon the four super-factions and push back toward more individual factions again. Whilst the super-factions were great for generating quick easy sales they totally destroyed faction identities. A new player now surfing their website can easily see that there's subfactions but many are muddled up together.
It would be great for them to step back to having distinct armies. I think if they do that there's a chance that some of the Tomb Kings might return; they've already got a skeleton army so seeing that revived with an Egyptian theme again would be possible.
A lot depends on how extensive their clearing of that army was; if they destroyed the moulds as well then chances are they might not bring them back as they were; if the moulds are still around just not used in current production then they could restore some of the lost models provided that the current AOS and skeletons are selling well.

Honestly I dislike that it's gone back to individual factions, it feels too much like WHFB with round bases now (also thanks to matched play in part) instead of something new and groundbreaking.
I don't think they will ever give support to legacy armies again, but won't specifically remove them either due to the backlash they'd get.

Them not producing the models anymore is the same in most people's eyes as removing them altogether though.

I remember them saying somewhere that the new costs for the legacy models will be a downloadable document, not included in the GHB2017.

I've heard rumors of a legacy army compendium, though whether that would be a softback or PDF, I don't know. What I would like to see is rules for "Age of the Old World". Basically ways to explore the previous setting through the current ruleset. I don't know that GW would ever actually do such a thing for fear of splitting up an already fractured fan base, but it would definitely be cool. I wouldn't say it's completely out of the question, though. The upcoming RPG systems are going to include both Old World and Mortal Realms settings.

This would be pretty cool.

Individual factions is definately IMO a diversion from what they were trying to do, but I would never call AoS new or groundbreaking, it still is essentially nothing more than a very oversimplified warhammer.

I think the best way forward is to move the compendium to a PDF download. Finally clear up the 'Age of Sigmar' rules section on the website with downloadable PDFs for Compendium, one for each GA (sans battalions) and remove the old WHFB tide over PDFs.
