There was an Amazon's team around at one point. Or convert up a female elf team.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

I thought for sure that there were some 3rd party teams out there.
I bet a witch elf team or some sort of elves would be fairly easy

There are plenty. This store alone has at least 3, but this one seems most apropriate: http://www.comixininos.com/amazons-amazon-full-team-of-15-players-with-ogre-female-star-player-miniaturas.html

This is the one I bought when Impact was running a Kickstarter a while ago.

Usually somewhere in England

Try out the Black Scorpion Miniatures Amazon team https://www.blackscorpionminiatures.com/index.php?cPath=31&osCsid=nhh8n46eckbip3eapcufc0lbh4 The basic team is £25 with extra models (in resin) for a good price too (blitzers, throwers and extra linemen)...

running amok, against the reality of defeat

I own just shy of 2,000(yes. 2 thousand) Blood Bowl/Fantasy Football figures. I buy more every month.

The problem with Amazon/female BB/FF figures is most look more like whores with their Tits hanging out. It seems nearly every company/designer goes out of their way to make their version of Amazons sluttier then the last fellow. Take a look. Its sad but true.

Having said that, There are a VERY FEW teams out there that would be ok for you and your young lady.

The above resin team for Black Scorpion is about the best. You can't go wrong with them.

The old Amazon team from Games Workshop is also non whorie. But that team is hard to find and if you go through EBAY, prepare to pay.

The offering from WILLY is pretty good. There are a few that look like GO GO dancers with their poses, but they can be avoided. But that team is very expensive. $100USD, or there abouts. But they are very nice and metal.

You can also go through Shadow Forge, and they offer 5 or 6(maybe 7) female teams. The human "bunnies", which are in helmets and little else(they are in playboy bunny outfits) are about the worst, naked wise, but the others arn't bad, with the orc and dwarf teams funny and cool, not naked and dirty.

I don;t know what you think is ok with your young lady. I own all of the above listed teams, and a few others, but I stopped buying female teams after oh, about 10 or 11 teams. They are not(most, imho) really Blood Bowl figures, but figures for, well, sad old men.

http://www.sukubusstudio.com/ has some great looking female teams. I haven't seen the models in person (though, pics of painted models can be seen here: http://www.sukubusstudio.com/painted-worldwide) so I can't personally vouch for casting quality, but the renders looks great. A whole team cost a pretty penny though

They seem to avoid the common pitfall 'bound for glory' mentions, where sculptors seem more interested in making a group of strippers or softcore porn actresses rather than a sports team that happens to be made up of females.
Well, the team named literally "sukubus" is a bit on the porn-model side, but that's understandable considering the theme

The teams of Valkyries, Dark elves and Vampires though, all have a look of reasonably believable (in a fantasy bloodsport football setting) and sensibly equipped women athletes.
