When you dual weapons, Power Sword and Chainsword

Does the bonus of attack of chainsword globally apply to all attacks.

Example: Space Marine with A: 1, with Power Sword & Chainsword = 2x Power Sword attacks?

or is it 1 Power Sword attack + 1 Chainsword attack?



This is important cause getting hit by 2 attacks with power weapon is very different from getting hit by only 1 Power Weapon and 1 regular attack.

According to the chainsword's rules, the extra attack uses the chainsword's statline.

I believe it's phrased "You can make 1 additional attack with this weapon."

If you want power weapons with an additional attack, right now you'll need either a power knife or twin lightning claws.

Oh so does this mean that bonus attack with chainsword , you have to attack with that chainsword and with its stat?

Cause it would be cool that it give straight up bonus attack, meaning suddenly a sergeant can hit twice with powerfist he can hit 3x time with powerfist and that's important.

A sergeant with a chainsword and a powerfist would attack twice with the powerfist and once with the chainsword. The chainsword does not give +1 to attack value, it lets you do an additional attack with it. If the sergeant uses two chainswords he gets four attacks.
