I love Belakor, and the new points for the Lord of Skulls is very nice. Belakor can cast Warptime on the Lord of Skulls to reach combat hopefully on first turn.
the rest of the army is very fast as well to make sure the opponent feels the pressure.

I could always replace the Fleshhounds and Bikers for 3x Helbrutes with Twin Lascannon and missile launcher and one Defiler with twin Lascannon - Powerscourge and Combiflamer to have a backfield shooting base

I like this list. I wonder if you could shuffle/drop a few units and stick some Berzerkers in Rhinos into the list somewhere.
