Doesn't make much sense considering they created a whole new world eater character that gives the player access to souped up aspirants via genetic/implant tinkering. Basically a WE Fabius

Yeah, you're probably best of making an apothecary in EC colours and calling him Fabius. No special rules of his own. Maybe he'll get rules when the Heresy progresses storywise.

He did do the vocal implant thing in one book.
But it seems on my limited knowledge he was kinda back ground guy.

A lot of characters can be represented by the centurion upgrade options and some modelling, they don't need additional special rules to exist on the tabletop.

Think it would be cool to get him as a special promise medicae with the ability to purchase squad upgrades for tacticals similarly to other legions special stuff like Word Bearers Dark blessing stuff
