I haven't read any of the novels and aside from a vague mention of them towering over other men, its not that specific. The one picture of artwork I saw with the flaggelants made them look about 7-8 foot tall like a Space Marine. Pretty similar to the video game Space Marine in terms of the scale of a marine versus a normal guy. But then I assumed that Stormcast were like Primaris and meant to be bigger than marines? Hence why the models were substantially larger than "just" a Space Marine?

In my head I would say they're probably 9-10 feet tall. Bigger than a space marine, but not double the height of a man. That seem about right?

What Stormhost is that? I really like that color combination.

Stormcasts are described as larger then a normal human in both height and overall body shape. I'd say they would probably stand about 2' taller. That being said, there are some Stormcast that are described as to be even bigger then other Stormcasts. Want to say they are either Decimators or Retributors.

I believe the decimators are bigger. At the very least they're wearing far heavier armor than the liberators which has had many ups and downs for them in the novels.

(Ups being able to tank monsters and multiple enemy elites, downs being unable to keep up with the rest of the army in a forced march and being vulnerable to unstable terrain)

2.1 to 2.5m (in some extreme cases) would be my guess. In "The gates of Azyr" Vandus kneels and that almost puts his head on level with a supposedly average sized human female (which I'd guess would be somewhere in the range of 1.7 m). Based on human proportions that would make him about 2.3 m tall. I'm willing to give some additional height to paladins (which are supposedly infused to a greater extent with Sigmar's power) and powerful heroes. Ofcourse the novels feature shorter, but stouter stormcast hence the 2.1m lower range

What about female Stormcast like Neeve?

The thing with stormcast is that their physical forms are quite literally forged/crafted instead of being subject to natural selection. As such I'd expect some level of conformity between different castes/orders of stormcast. The novels, on the other hand, speak of stormcast of various sizes - some are giants among their brothers(paladins, lord-celestants), other are shorter with a stouter build. Very strictly speaking it is up to personal preference.

Yeah Nyeave is head and shoulders taller than a Liberator model wise. Maybe that has something to do with her being a Knight Zerphyros, which means she has been fused with the spirit of an ancient direwolf Sigmar slew.
