A bit of an odd conversion question - how do you achieve the effect of a miniature foaming at the mouth? Plenty of GW guys have their mouths wide open, so it's a simple jump to consider converting a rabid hero or monster... how would you guys advise I do rabid, white foam (as opposed to bloody foam or like Nurgle's Rot... maybe typhus corrosion and then paint it white)?

On something the size and scale of a GW mini, it's not going to be big and obvious because saliva just doesn't foam all that readily.

Even on a full-blown rabies case, the 'foamy' part is minor and concentrated on and just under the lower lip. Far more visible is the saliva the creature is expelling.

Basically, gloss coat the lower jaw, maybe use some water effects if some is visibly dripping off. And then go in with a tiny bit of white in vaguely round shapes along or under the lip.

If the mini looks like it's taken a cream pie to the face, you've overdone it.

Super glue and some baby powder would work. But I agree unless its a big mini or something itll probably look silly or not noticed at all
