So I'm building up an Ork army slowly but steadily, and one of my ideas is to field a couple of Big Trakks with Supa Skorchas instead of Trukks. But the problem is that FW or GW doesn't sell a Supa Skorcha model, so I'll have to kitbash or go 3rd party.

My initial plan is to use this flame cannon as a baseline and ork it up with random gubbins and orky bits. However I'm not sure about the dimensions of that and whether it's a good fit for a Big Trakk...

Any opinions or alternative ideas for a conversion? How have you built your Supa Skorchas?

I haven't done it but maybe a hellhound kit could be a good start for the trakk w/ supa schorcha just add ork stuff on top of it

You might try plasticard and tubing. Some tubes leading into a plasticard box with drilled holes in it, some smaller tubes sticking out of it, it wouldn't be a terribly complicated build.

Or, try the thermal cannon bit from imperial knights.
