Is 'Eavy Metal Calling?
|
It's that time again! 2 days to vote for the next topic.
- The Wise: Strategists, Seers, Scholars, this theme is all about the thinkers and wise men in your forces. Wizards, skilled commanders, diplomats and advisers, all are ideal for this theme!
- Armour Up: The best defence is a large amount of metal between you and the thing that wants to kill you. Whether that's a plate armour on a knight or armour plating on battle tank, if it can take a hit or three then it's perfect for this theme.
- First Among Equals: Even the lowest can rise to greatness. Your entry should a single model, and the basic trooper/henchman/goon/drone of its faction, the idea being to represent that faction/army in a single, basic model as best you can.
- Hostile Environments: Catachan. the Realm of Fire. Australia. Some places are just out to get you!  Your model should be properly kitted out for suviving harsh terrain and rough conditions, and/or based in a way that suggests such places.

I voted for The Wise, but again I've got a plan for any of them:
The Wise: Probably my Primaris Captain in Gravis Armor, but I could do a Tau Ethereal or just about any character from my armies.
Armor Up: I've got plenty of unpainted vehicles...
First Among Equals: Again, so many mooks so little time...
Hostile Environments: This would be the hard one. I could do some Thunderwolf Cavalry (since riding a giant wolf would be a good way to survive the nastiness on Fenris), or perhaps even a Tau battlesuit would be a good choice.
