So we have a year or two to wait before the show officially ends, so how we would all like it to end - note that’s:

Not how the books might end
Not how the show might end

but how we want it to end - I expect there will be quite a large variance with people.

Here is what I would want to see:

The dead come south, devastate much of the North, sweeping the limited resistance away and building their strength. Some holds stand as long as the undead dragon is not unleashed upon them as it is at Winterfell. They are harried by some organised resistance but the main body is unstoppable. Meanwhile armies are heading North to meet them, dragonsglass is being used to equip elite soldiers and archers since it has a devastating effect on the undead. Bron and some of the Lanister forces follow Jamie and head north. Refugees flood the South and food becomes a major issue.

Jon fulfils his only real purpose and makes Dany pregnant, shortly after she discovers this, she finds dragon eggs in the lair of her own draconic children. Arya finds that she can fool the dead with her faces - once they are cut from the living corpses but she becomes ever more inhuman as a killer, especially when her sister is killed at Winterfell. Theron’s crew manages to infiltrate the Iron Fleet and he sacrifices himself to rescue his sister who kills Euron, the Iron Fleet break up into smaller fleets or single ships that go back to raiding or stripping the valuables from the lands the dead have moved through. The Golden Company wait in Essos in vain until their contract expires and then they decide to take advantage of the power vacuum left by the departure of the Dothraki and shattering of the slave masters power – they begin to forge a whole new empire in the “safe” lands of Essos where the walking dead do not roam.

The battle between the powerful armies in inconclusive at first, the dead are vast in number but the Unsullied, Dothraki, and hardened veterans of the war of Kings are able to match them with sill and ferocity. The Night King is unwilling to engage with Dany and her two Dragons, she mirrors him. Archers with dragonglass target White Walkers and Giants where possible, the snow is a hindrance to the Dothraki tactics however. As the battle begins to turn against the living, Dany and the Night King fight a climatic battle which sees her triumph, destroying significant forces of the dead when he and his dragon burn.

The remaining dead don't care and the living suffer huge casualties putting the remainder down, Cersei consolidates her position as much as she can, becoming increasingly brutal with the growing population of her lands. Like her rival she is pregnant and she has a difficult birth, weakening her at a vital time. She takes dubious infusions from Qyburn which seem to calm her.

Dany places Kings Landing under siege not willing to risk her remaining forces in assaulting its formidable defences and waits for them to surrender, many other Lannister’s swap sides.

Arya infiltrates the palace and slaughters Cersei one night and in response Kinds Landing falls to chaos and rioting and eventually the besiegers are begged to come in and restore order. Jamie finds his love dead but his daughter alive, protected by Qyburn and his pet monster and who uses her to bargain for safe passage which he is granted but sentenced to exile on pain of death. As they leave, the Mountain is confronted by the Hound and they fight, Qyburn leaves anyway for parts unknown.

Dany becomes Queen.

Players at the conclusion:
Dany rules the kingdoms, pregnant with twins, Dragons hatch from the new eggs as she gives birth.
Her daughter inherits the throne whilst her son goes back to try and conquer Essos with dragons, dothraki and bored veterans of the war against the dead.
Jon Snow dies after making a foolish charge into the enemy in the first major battle. He becomes one of the dead before being slain by an unknown archer.
Ghost is last seen at Winterfell.
Tyrion lives a long life and dies as he wanted, at 80 in bed with a belly full of wine and a maiden's mouth around his cock.
Jamie brings up his daughter hoping to marry her to Dany's son
Sansa dies orchestrating the defence of Winterfell.
Jorah is a Small Councillor with Tyrion, also guardian of Dany’s children.
Brans body dies when he spends too long wondering aimlessly in the past and he freezes to death in the cold and no one cares.
The Hound and the Mountain kill each other at the palace.
Brienne and Arya survive but leave for parts unknown

That's because he is so very very dull, at least Ned's 'always do the right thing' shtick cost him his head early on in the game, Jon just ambled about being Dudley Doright and even got magiced out of the inevitable consequence of his actions

Even his heritage doesn't really matter at this point (as only Bran and maybe Howland Reed actually knows, and Sam suspects)

I'd be happy for everyone of note bar Davos and Gendry (#rightful King) to get deaded

Thanks I enjoyed writing it. How would you like it to end, who lives, and who dies in your show?

You really hate Jon, don't you?
I don't like a single male Stark - well there isn't any left now so thats good. Bran and Jon don't count but hate them equally

What is a solid prediction.
Dragon Stone is a anti wrights and walker arsenal.
Whoever holds it had a valuable asset in the war vs the night king.

I am assuming that the North is hit hard before any of the true armies get there - the undead have vast numbers, giants, mamoths and now a dragon. Apparently there are several hundred Val steel blades out and about - might be much less in the show though. Dragon glass seems to be very important to equip your armies with - or at least the elites.

Who did you want to win and and who should live and die?

Hound or the mountain die. Or both.

Arya still has cersai on her lists he gonna want that kill. If she lives the mission. Unknown.

Least one stark death. Needs some sense of danger.

Jon. Dany I wanna survive but also maybe some tension when truth comes out. As one they both got claims to throne and b. Sansa.
She ain't gonna like another woman who has a far better and deeper relationship with jon... I wanna see it work but also have some rough patches too and have to deal with very real issues of a Targerian. North alliance.

Jamie's. Well if he has to die. Has to be taking on a white walker min.
He a Knight still. And still had ernough honour to die fighting.

Jorah, or one of those hon a die. Again to show grit n dangers.
Had to be done. Least one death in the j team / b list characters.

Tyrion live but only because he funny and well. He season one veteran.

The on redeem self. But he gotta stop golden company or they find the northern winter alot colder than a essos army can take.

Also. In all dany jon win.
But least one stark dead, and some b list dead too. Costly vistory.

Theres my picks.

I just want all the important characters of the houses, so Cersei, Dany, Jon, Sansa, Theon and so forth to be found sitting around a massive table, laughing that that was an excellent campaign of D&D and they do it all again sometime.

Jon is fine, until he remains a soldier or a war hero. When it comes to rule and be a leader the character is extremely dull, indeed.

Dany is too boring, I love the actress but that character has alway been the "dead weight" of the show IMHO.

Jaimie must kill the white walkers' leader, he's the kingslayer after all.

Maybe arya kills dany and becomes the new dragon queen. She could even marry Gendry

He is a front line king though.
So he does actively lead his forces into battle.

He ain't like certai or lanisters who queen and kings stayed at red keep.

Jamie's, well. I think he could earn Jon's respect.
Even as a lanister.

And arya, gendry. Lol he only one who could.
Though I wanna see her meet hound again and somene go.

So, you only safe with the big man and they underestimate her to hell and watch the hound laugh and just sit back as she wipes the floor with em.

Arya is a little too sure of herself - she has not actually fought many times in real life other than training - the sparring with Briene should have been a wake up call.

Fancy sword play is all well and good but a good kick and you are on your back and likely dead.

True but she learnt well to play the odds, stratagem, most of her kills have used deception, tricks, and other methods to negate that weakness.

Agreed - she is after all an assassin and she should now know that taking on a well trained knight in melee could end badly.

your mind

Cersei was told that she would have three kids, and that all would die with gold around their heads if I remember correctly.
Also, I remember reading that she will have the breath squeezed out of her by 'little brother'.
So, either she will die in birth with the new baby, or Tyrion will strangle the witch.
Jon will be king of the North.
Dany will be queen in the South.
The dragons will all die.
Bran will kill the night king.
The hound will kill the mountain.
Brienne will live with Jaime, maybe to raise Cersei's new kid if the kid doesn't die during birth.
The mercs of Essos will turn on Cersei and take King's Landing, only to run when the zombies get there.
Reek will save his sister, while his uncle is off getting the mercs, and when he returns they will throw him off the same bridge that he threw their father from.

Just guessing.

True but it's a well worn TV/film trope that ninja assassin types must also be combat gods because actually being good at their jobs is kind of dull and involves no or very one-sided combat (although the Frey sequence was well done)

Palmerston North

Dany and Jon and the Dragons all die but defeat the Night Kings army.

Bran, tells Arya and Sansa how to kill the Night King, whom they kill with the help of Jamie and the Hound just before he raises all 3 Zombie Dragons as well as Zombie Dany and Jon.

The Dothraki go their own way and start to burn the North. Sansa then organises a peace with the Dothraki in exchange for shipping them back to Essos and their share of the looting of Kings Landing.

Sansa then leads the army of Northerners, Wildlings and Dothraki South.
Once Sansa's army gets within sight of Kings Landing rumours reach Sansa that Kings landing is protected by the Iron Company and the armies the South. Sansa's army halts and the Dothraki leave, many high jack ships, others raid the countryside, others migrate south.

Kings Landing is in reality only protected by the Iron Company, Tyrion sneaks in and negotiates their withdrawal. Once they leave Kings Landing is in a panic.

Sansa's army goes home, looting and burning as they leave. Jamie and the Hound carry on to Kings Landing. Tyrion despairs when he hears news of Sansa's with drawl.

Tyrion sneaks into Cersei's room and waits. Cersei enters with the Mountain, shortly after Jamie and the Hound follows. Jamie and the Hound fight the Mountain. The Mountain has his sword hand cut off (like Jamie). Jamie is on his back being choked to death by the mountain, the Hound is recovering from a blow / cutting pieces off the Mountain.

Cersie is relaxing in her chair, Tyrion flips a chain around Cersei,s neck then chokes her to death. The Hound manages to behead the Mountain, but Jamie is dead.

Tyrion with the Spiders help recalls the Iron Company and takes control of Kings Landing.

Tyrion then proposes to Sansa that they Marry (again). Together they consolidate the 7 Kingdoms, kill off the roving Dothraki bands and some years later attempt to destroy the Iron Bank but only partially succeed.

Their oldest Son Ned II inherits the throne when he comes of age, while the second son Tywin II inherits the position of Warden of the North. The many Daughters are married off among the Great Houses.

All runs smoothly, until the Iron Bank manage to cause some trouble some 10 years into Ned II rule.

TL;DR

Dany, Jon and the Undead all die.
Mountain kills Jamie. Hound kills Mountain.
Tyrion kills Cersie. Tyrion marries Sansa (again)
Tyrion and Sansa rule the 7 Kingdoms.

It depends if GRRM sticks to his well plotted story or begins to believe that his success really comes from being "unconventional" and goes with something not rooted in the groundwork he laid out in the very first book.
