The shadow over the sun.
The tau conquest of the system on the eastern rim of their empire was successful and the human hive city and mining world are now within the reach of the Tau empire. Desperate to reap the resources the world, the Earth cast’s scans had discovered huge deposits of metal deep in a abandoned mines that was closed by the inquisition. Knowing not of the terrible possibilities, but only the Inquisition often does guard precious items and important materials. The commanders of the fire cast would secure the dark mineshafts making sure that no inquisitorial forces hid there and they arranged a huge expedition and after several weeks of searching, and mining though closely confined barriers made by humans hands that would have predicted their own imperium. A huge wall of metal meet them. Black as the void and would not seem to reflect light. Excavated by the humans the dank stone of metallic origin, towers ungodly high into the immense caves and tunnels.
They appears older than that of human mining. Something ancient and disturbing seeps into the hearts of the tau as they look upon it and despair, Not even the humans great hive cities could rival the scale buried deep in the dead earth. Gold inscription in ancient glyphs tells stories and deeds that they do not understand, glyphs of such antiquity that they predate any races known by the tau empire, yet engraved into the rock around the walls are runes of younger origin that they instantly understand as warnings, unlike that of the golden glyphs. They had repelled the human miners and the earth cast is unnerved.

As the fire cast enters the veterans recognise it, the Aeldari had not dared disturbing this tomb, neither had the humans. Something inside this tomb that should be left forever to the clutches of sleep, and eternal confinement. While at first nobody notice but in the endless darkness none dares to draw breath, as if something is near them and could hear them, could be lack of air in the shafts, unlikely. The tau feel a soulless darkness cling to their very spirit as if something inside reaches out to take their life. As if the metallic walls with their terrible lifeless and unearthly age has a malevolent presence and it is clawing at them. As the Fire cast decides to investigate further the drones they brought with them drop dead to the ground. Only to reboot with a entirely new cryption inside. Relaying a message:

He Wakes.

Slowly the Earth cast that entered can take it no longer and tries to escape the darkness, yet none of those that ran is said to have ever left the mines by outside observers, they could have been lost inside the caves as the earthquake started. Or something more unthinkable, something had found them.

On the world above fear reign. As the tau invaders faces a larger task taking over the hive world and the water cast desperately tries to calm down the populi, and not even with the help of the fire cast they can gain any control over the humans. But then they feel it.

The humans feel it too. like a rumbling or mumbling as if the ground was speaking to them. A voice of so epic proportions as if a mountain spoke. The earthquake hits the city. Far greater than any previous earthquakes. The humans that had turned over to the tau keeps telling them that a the legends of a slumbering evil is true, not birthed of the witchcraft, something that was spawned out of the blackest nightmares of creation, that not even death could shackle, a titan of unmeasurable malevolent. But the Psykers has been the worst as they were taken away from the immaterium. And instead they feel a deep silence that is tearing and ripping at their soul and as they spasme in fanatic ramblings of something along the same line as the drones: He awakes!. The fire cast put them out of their misery yet their spasms does not stop until after the Tau have left the planet.

Deep inside the tomb the situation goes from bad to catastrophic.

The tomb awakens but something unlike anything else emerges. A figure so marvelous in size, made by metal lumbers out through the gate from which no light can reach into, the darkness itself merge and the tau could if time had been, wondered if there even was a opening in the first place. The void claims the first taus that simply drop from the sea of material darkness. Those that does not run finds their pulse rifles having no effects as if they were but flashlights casting terrible light upon what that walks and now consumes. No Tau ever leave the mine. As the fire cast extract the tau forces from the surface, they do still not see what walks and brings death to this world. What horrid creature made by unspoken blasphemies of sanity has hungered for the souls of the humans. The fear of the Tau was that they themself had awakened the apocalypse that was brought to them.

He walks amongst them again. Shatterer of the Night bringer and the bearer of the Dark of night… The human hive city is reaped clean of life. Soon only the dead sterile ground is left. The tyranids avoid the world and those adjacent to it. and the tau instinctively does not know why yet every expedition that returns from the planet reports no life and no remains of the once great human cities. Human task forces would be deployed but none would ever report back after making planetfall.

The Titan of the void has returned.

Soon he reunite with the Sacarelica. Requesting forces to secure the tau race’s Extinction.
Seklarran walks amongst the Living again. Crediting the devastation of the human cities to a lose shard. Yet no C’tan shard was ever stored with Seklarran.
