Lots of Seraphon in my area, they seem very strong.

What are their weakness'? What types of armies and builds are especially strong against them?

Seraphon have been, IMO, the undiscovered jewel of competitive play for some time. They have several tremendously strong battalions, and with GHB2 they held on to Kroak-vortex cheese and even got incredibly undercosted hordes of basic infantry. There isn't a good counter to Seraphon overall that I know of, because their army builds can be so different. Also bear in mind that depending on your army there may be some combos that you simply can't do anything about; the competitive end of AoS is heavily biased towards a select few viable options.

Seraphon are one of the most diverse and versatile armies in the game. No two lists will be identical. Add in the fact that they can summon units and it's very hard to predict them. Plus Seraphon are all but immune to Battleshock so even hordes will take some time to wear down.

Their main weakness? They have no answer to or protection from Mortal Wounds. Before GHB2017 they pretty much were forced to take an Archmage or Jade Mage or armies like Tzeencth or Ironjaws would mop the floor with them. Now they can only draw allies from the Sigmarines list meaning that mortal wounds spam lists will wreck them.

They can counter mortal wound spam with bastiladons and extremely undercosted skink swarms (200 points for 40, srsly...). But those are costly to put together (in time and money) so if your local players don't already own the models a mortal wound-heavy list may be your ticket.

Two other points worth noting about Seraphon:

Well, you could say that having the DAEMON keyword could be troublesome, but the vast majority of anti-daemon abilities are for CHAOS DAEMONS, so the few and spare universal anti-daemon abilities are thing to watch out for.

Also, all of your heroes keep your units together; individually Seraphon units can pull of a fight but are not nearly as strong without a leader nearby, so expect them to be the prime target of your enemy. Especially Slaan post-GHB2017
