Hi everyone,

Im trying to sell this box of warhammer 40k second edition (1993) new.
I know its not a selling forum, but I'm trying to figure out a price for this box.
I didn't found any reference price for that kind of box still wrapped.

Can you help me out with this.

Thanks

If that's the original shrink wrapping, I'd guess you might be able to get $150 - 200 US for it. The set isn't too uncommon, and there are what looks to be some complete sets, however opened, for around $100 US + shipping. I think most people would be in it for the contents, but not necessarily the "unopened-mint-condition" collector types. Hard to say. Really you want two "collector types" bidding against each other.

Or you could put it up for a high starting price, say $250-300, and try to wait it out for a hardcore buyer.

shrink wrapped stuff increases the cost by little or nothing. I've never seen anyone collecting BNIB stuff for 40k that wasnt to open and build the contents.

Idk, unwrapped as new I would buy it for 150$ just to have it. 2nd edition was my first 40k game so it holds a spot in my heart, I am sure others would agree. We are not talking about some random model set, it is a starter set from when that really ment starter set with all the rules for 40k.

Though 3rd edition is also.right there for beginning sets that was awesome. . . Dark eldar for the"we came in the starter set then we're forgotten about for the next 3 years! "

your mind

Yeah. This is for the old people like me to remember how ugly old Goff models were.
The game itself was better though IMHO.
I imagine 150usd is not unreasonable.
