The DE Voidraven's Void Mine description states:

"Once per battle, a Voidraven can drop a void mine on an enemy unit it moves over..."

The use of the word "a" is causing some deliberation. Does this mean that only one voidraven can drop a void mine in a given battle, or in the circumstance that I bring two voidravens, that I can drop two void mines?

Thoughts?? Thanks in advance!

Each one would be able to drop a void mine. If they had meant only one Voidraven could drop a void mine, it would have said "Once per battle, one Voidraven can drop a void mine..."

Much appreciated. We are playing Fate of Konor mission 4 and I thought I'd bring a Voidraven and take advantage of the narrative rule "Sustained Assault". He's going to hate it.

Now, that I'm not sure you could do. The rules refer to units that take advantage of Sustained Assault as being "brought back into play", which to me would imply that it is still the same unit for the purpose of the "once per game" rule on the Void Mine.
