I am not sure what I'm doing with Death Guard yet but this seems like a decent starting point to further refine. Comments, suggestions, and advice are always appreciated!

Death Guard Battalion (+3 CP)
Typhus
Malignant Plaguecaster

10 plague marines, 2 blight launcher, 3 bubotic axe
20 pox walkers
20 pox walkers

Biologus putrifier
Noxious Blightbringer

Supreme command (+1 CP)
Daemon prince, wings, talons, supperating plate
Malefic Lord
Malefic Lord
Mortarion

CSM Battalion (+3CP) (Alpha Legion?)
Sorcerer on bike
Malefic Lord
10 Cultists
10 Cultists
10 Cultists

Cultists run in front of the pox walkers so I get free pox walkers as the cultists die. Pox walkers form second line with plague marines behind them. Mortarion and daemon prince tag team to mess stuff up while the lords, Typhus, and sorcerers smite and cast.

I may have trouble with heavy armor but it seems fairly survivable, and of course, if Mortarion goes down early, there are problems. I still have 85ish points to spend. I'm not 100% sold on Mortarion yet.

This is just the starting point for a competitive list. Thanks for taking a look.

I've seen this being said multiple times on the forums. I thought you only secure additional poxwalkers when THEY kill things in the fight phase. I don't think you just gain poxwalkers if cultists die around them.

That is incorrect. The stratagem mentions nothing about the pox walkers having to kill anything or during what phase other than when it is activated. The wording reads, "each time an INFANTRY model (other than a pox walker), friend or foe, is slain within 7" of this unit, add one model to the unit.

Stratagem "Until the start of your next movement phase.. replace "that unit's curse of the walking pox ability with the following:" Each time an infantry.. is slain.."

There's no mentioning about fight phase, stratagem replaces the whole curse of the walking box ability to another one. Could be re-roll wound rolls of 1 what so ever when an ability is totally replaced by another text.

Atleast this is the RAW. How it's originally mean't that's a different story Like there's no mistakes in the codex like no points for DP wings etc.
