yakface's 40K rule #1: Although the rules allow you to use modeling to your advantage, how badly do you need to win your toy soldier games?
yakface's 40K rule #2: Friends don't let friends start a MEQ army.

Biggest problem is the photo - it's impossible to make out the work you've done. Here's some tips that may help:

1. You need more light. Even just a couple desk lamps should be enough. Try to have a light source on both sides of the subject.
2. The image is blurry, most likely because the camera is moving slightly while you're trying to take the picture. Even if you don't have a tripod, try finding a solid surface like a table to shelf you can rest your camera on to steady it.
3. If you're using a phone, try taking pictures of smaller groups of miniatures closer up - phone cameras are usually designed to take pictures of faces from a couple feet away, and don't do as well with wider shots
4. Photos of miniatures often come out too dark or too light. Experiment with white balance settings to find the best result. If you have access to editing software (paint.net works just fine) you can adjust the levels to get a more realistic image

Hope that helps. Cheers!
