The thought behind this list is to have a big blob of poxwalkers pox walk the field with support from Typhus, Blightbringer, and the Surgeon.
I can use one of the squads of cultists up in front as fodder, while the other two pinch and try to cause some damage.
The drones and FDP will try and get in the backfield to stir things up, while the helbrutes and defiler provide fire support.

Looks solid. The only thing I dislike is the defiler as I personally don't like them for the cost. I'd rather have another Hellbrute or even a blight drone in its place.

Looks pretty solid to me, you have a lot of bodies, which is kinda hard for most armies to deal with this edition. I don't know much about DG special rules, but you do look a little low on anti tank. 2 lascannons, 2 MLs, and 2 autocannons isn't much in a 2k game. Honestly though you could just surround tanks with bodies so it might not be an issue.
