Looking at making an army to get the most use out of Endles cacophony, prescience and the Chaos Lord rerolls.

The two strongest choices look like a full noise Marines squad with sonic blasters and blaster masters vs a 10 man terminator squad with combi plasmas and possibly 2 reaper autocannons with mark of slaanesh.

Both would be Iron Warriors to ignore cover in an elite slot.

The terminators cost about 50pts more and probably will have their Lord and Sorcerer in TA teleporting with them.

Any nerds out there want to help this dork out with Mathhammer? And other pros/cons to each I might not see... Before I go buy models...

Its not really about the math so much as it is about role. What you threaten with Combi-Plas terminators vs Noise Marines is different.

I hear that but each weighing in at like 500+ points with their support, I don't think I can/should run both. Both would be the central point of the army.

So to your point, what does the Chaos Marines codex support better? The Noise Marines or the Terminators?
