Mainly because I have the models and want to use them, anyone think it will do ok?

Not quite as initially terrifying as the number of dragons I can field at 2000pts with my own "dragon elves", but since this is the twilight sisters themselves I think it might screw with a number of game plans.
I'm liking the combination of the Sisters' regenerative ability, debuffs to enemy unit activation + Carmine dragon's aura of bravery hurting and slightly more consistent damage dealing.

My main concern is that these two are too fast, liable to getting separated from your main force, and focus fired until they stop twitching. That and you have the great eagle that practically screams easy target for archers. Liking the warhawk riders though, not enough people in this game value a decent air force. If you're feeling gutsy (and have the models for it) maybe drop the size of the glade guard units and up the number of warhawks flying around: guaranteed to annoy heavy infantry bricks to death.

Above all though do Not let your dragons get bogged down with goblins. nothing ruins the fun of a dragon list like getting charged by 60 imp guard conscripts and failing to remove them all over 5 turns. In short: it'll do okay if you pick your fights smartly.

Ok cheers for the input, sounds promising. I would love more warhawk riders but haven't enough models yet so maybe in time i can add more and drop glade guard. Do you think a different battleline would be better? the gladeguard are only there for core requirement. with everything else being airbourne do you think that something else would be better?

Battleline are the tax in matched play, and the cheaper you get them the better. In my head I'm thinking minimum units of Freeguild Guard or Dreadspears (if you're going more for elf flavour), or whatever else we find is a cheap alternative. What you're looking for is something cheap enough that you can fill the board with the birds and lizards, yet those cannon fodder can't be too fragile in case you need to grab objectives or tie up fast enemy elites for a turn or two.

Otherwise the glade guard are a decent choice for harassing enemy heavy units (that one use ability to drop save rolls by 3) and their command group gives them bonuses while in cover, though they probably aren't going to hold out to a dedicated attack.

Have a go at testing different battlelines in a variety of games first to see what works for you. This may well be the glade guard or it may be something else, but it will all rely on your play style.

Have Fun!
