Can your allies units satisfy your battle line requirement if they are battle life for your grand alliance?

For example say I'm slaves allied with tzeench and I have 2 units of warriors, can I use pink horrors to satisfy the battle line since they are battle line choices for the grand alliance?

No, allies do not count towards the minimum requirement for anything.

allies only count to the maximum, not the minimum
