I have begun my Eldar Exodites. I bought a Gangs of Commorragh box and a box of cold one kinghts (Now called Drakespawn Knights) and did the bikes first:

Here is the WIP:

I post more as I get more done on them.

I am still trying to figure out what to do with the helions.

That looks like a neat idea - are you thinking of adding any extra armour onto the critter?

Not really, dark eldar bikes are 4+ armor, so I don't want to go crazy with armor.

It's an interesting idea.. not sure about having the engine exhaust on the model.. but hey that's your work right there and who am I to preach too much?

You might want to do some lightweight work to tie the two pieces of the conversion together, linking the bike hardware to the cold one a little more smoothly.

Not seeing any badness on these conversions. Love a new take on Exodites and this has an interesting blend of tech and biological. Looking forward to more.

Take a look at what I've been painting and modelling: https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/0/725222.page

A Archon, a Succubus, and Yvraine. All three are made from normal troopers and green stuff. Pets from a Jungle Swarm blister.

This is looking pretty good so far, especially the cold-one conversions.
I wasn't sold on the larger plastic dinos at first, but the paint job really helps sell it.
Good job.

The toy dinosaurs are not ideal, I would love to use the large lizardman dinos, but money. But I am happy with how the toys turned out.

For what it's worth, you've got my seal of approval. I've done plastic dinos for Lizardmen before:
