The two armies consisted of Necrons with a Silver tide/vehicle mix.

Triarch Stalker
Tesseract Ark
Doomsday Ark
Command Barge
Wraiths x4
Nightbringer
40 Warriors (10 of which needed to be proxied with deathmarks and some puppetwars models for this game untilI finish the new ones)
10 Immortals with Tesla
Cryptek (Custom Mini)
6 Scarabs

Blood Angels consisted of:

Dread Librarian
Land Raider Redeemer
3 bikes and an assault bike
Two Land Speeders (melta and flamer)
Two tactical squads (1 rocket)
Assault Squad of 10
Mephiston
Sammael on Corvex

Necrons took the initiative.

Turn 1:

Necrons heavily leveled fire into the crusader degrading it. Scarabs moved forward to create a wall of bases and were subsequently destroyed by amassed fire from all blood angel troops uniformly. Wraiths and Nightbringer moved forward, and were shot/charged by the bikes. Two bikes were destroyed and one wraith died in the exchange. (What cannot be seen is a small tac squad holding an objective behind the house at the top of the board)

Turn 2:

1) Night Bringer and the wraiths finish the rest of the bikes through a number of murderous melee attacks.
2) Death Company drops into the back of the field and lays fire into the hiding necrons in the building.

In general the marines shot back but the cover + bad rolls left most necrons still up. The speeders and Sammael advanced up the right.

Turn 3:
1) Night bringer and Wraiths having removed the bikes begin to move on Mephiston and the Tac Squad holding the Objective on the hill
2) The assault Squad lays into the necron warriors but being killing a fair number of them, but taking a couple hits in return.
3) The Death Company took a withering assault of fire from necrons, but, because of their endurance only lost two models before charging the necrons holding the objective. Necrons lost overwhelmingly in the exchange.

Sammael moved quickly around the back corner forcing the doomsday ark to flee (it shot more death company, killing quite a few of them)

Turn 4:

A massive WBB roll for the necrons brought a significant number back to the table only to have them chewed through again in a large churn of bodies coming to and from the battle.

1) Librarian dread lays into the command barge, but a mix of quantum shielding, and FNP as a Warlord Trait left it largely unhurt with only two wounds. In Response though, the dread was nearly killed by the warscythe of the Command Barge
2) The wraiths and Nightbringer in one swoop, killed the Tac Squad and disintegrated Mephiston. Nightbringer consolidated toward the building with the emerging Tac Squad. They new the end was near.
3) The assault Squad, armed only with standard weaponry continued to mulch necrons in combat. The WBB + Cryptek boosts kept them churning almost at the rate they were dying.
4) Land Speeders and Sammael finally reached the necrons in the back. Sammael began just utterly chewing through the necrons almost tabling the unit in one charge + shooting.

The Triarch Stalker moved back to finish off the Death Company and reclaim the other objective.

Turn 5:

With the Librarian faring badly in the battle, and night bringer moving in on the 3rd objective, my Blood Angel opponent called it, noting he didn't feel he could capture another objective to end the game in a tie.

We played with one wrong rule that gave me as Necrons a strong advantage regarding line of site in the first turn. Secondly the Open War Twist made all units immune to Leadsership rolls, which was another very strong advantage for the necrons in this battle.

Next up? Getting more models painted and finished assembling

Necrons 7500+
IG 4000+
Custodes 2500
Knights 1500
Chaos / Daemons / Death Guard : 7500+
