This is a super fun list to field, that one hopes ends up being competitive as well. It's just not normal bubble wrap mass las fire, it looks cool, plays cool, and maybe gets the job done as well. The way I envision it playing out on the table is the Hellhammer advancing right up the throat of the opponent flanked by three hellhounds. It's a massive mobile damage base, with a total of 17 heavy flamer or better weapons, not to mention the main turret of the hellhammer, along with the four lascannons and other various guns, demolisher, auto, etc. What I love about this core is the auto-hitting, you really feel it on a 4+ BS army, and it also takes away the tanks largest weakness, vulnerability to charges. The main gun of the hellhound itself is of course capable of wiping out any unit in the game with minimal effort. The other half of the list is a sweet Pask plasma trio bubble wrapped with lots of mortars. Pask, another tank commander, and a normal russ, fully plasma'd out, protected from charges, taking advantage of the full compliment of cadian special rules, doctrines, and stratagems: Re rolling 1's, double firing from turret weapons, re rolls to number of shots from turret weapons, and + to hit from cadian stratagem. Between all the mortars and flamers the list is really equipped to take on mass horde armies. And the plasma russ's plus hellhammer bring the hurt to everything including elite infantry, monstrous creatures, and vehicles. I include Creed in the list because I think it really wants the extra two command points. This list has 7 total to begin with, warlord trait will hopefully regenerate a few. You're basically going to want to use "overlapping fields of fire" as many turns as you can. And "crush them" on the hellhammer for 1 CP is kind of broken, 9 cc attacks at str 9, ap -2, and d3 damage, hitting on 2's is nuts.
