ASNL, club from Nancy in France, currently in second division.
My grandmother is from there, my dad started supporting them the year the club was created, and he took me to the games when I was a kid. Been following them ever since!
These chaps lurking in the 3rd division (which despite its name it's the 4th tier of Spanish football), I'm one of over 10K season ticket holders that show up every other week on the Castalia.
When I feel like glory hunting I support Villareal (I have family working at some sponsor so I get tickets from time to time) or even Levante for the sole reason they're not Valencia.
I can't stand the unfettered capitalism, over-the-top tribalism and utter bobbins that surrounds league football so for decades I thought I hated the sport. Then I discovered non-league football where everyone is a bit rubbish but on a good day can show flashes of sheer inspirational brilliance. Entry, a programme, a pie and a pint for around a tenner and I am a happy bunny. I follow a couple of local teams but my home team and the one I support the most is the mighty Heanor Town.
And here they are in all their OO scale glory...

Football will only get interesting once Sir David Attenborough does the narration.
n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.
It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.
Liverpool football club is my club,
However as the years go by and football becomes more of a business and less of a sport my interest wanes, I think this is very sad as so many children that could be enjoying the glorious game cannot even afford to go and watch a lower division outfit, let alone the club they support.

Sad times indeed.
Yes, football lost part of its soul.
I still enjoy watching games, and really like looking at very technical stuff in slow mo, or good positioning of a team's defense. But I don't feel as involved in the game as I used to; I don't really care that much about who wins.
It might just be me getting older, but I don't feel the same connection to clubs as I used to. Especially when players move so often between clubs, it makes them loose their identity.
I follow Swansea and the Wellington Phoenix as well as England and New Zealand. AndrewGPaul you think the Scots don't get many games you should see how many NZ get (and against what oppos).
What is soccer?
Anyways, in case of football, I like the game but I don't really have a club to support. I would have supported FC Sevastopol, but they are so bad it isn't even funny. They only play against other Crimean clubs too nowadays. Still, I guess I do support them simply because they are from my hometown. But the whole thing is too amateurish for my taste to really care much about. In generally, I get more excited for ice hockey or bandy than for football. I tend to follow football only during international tournaments, during which I support Russia (at least until they get inevitably taken out quickly) and the Netherlands. The Dutch are awesome football supporters, but unfortunately the Dutch team has sucked really bad (like even worse than Russia) for the past few years. They won't even be in the World Championship
