I still play Block Mania, and it's expansion pack with my brother and other friends.

Does anyone else remember this and enjoyed it, or even still play it?

This is one of those games I think should be made into an MMORPG or a MOBA style game... or something inbetween even!

Remember it? Yes.

Still play? No.

Fun enough game, though.

That game was great.
Jaegers swinging in, Kleggs, Belly wheels.
All good stuff.

On an Express Elevator to Hell!!

Just reading this review, sounds like it was absolutely tremendous fun

Sadly I was probably a bit too young when this came along. Long-term 2000AD reader but wasn't collecting WD at that point.

I don't suppose anyone knows of a way of getting hold of the game, that doesn't involve ebay and £100+ ?

Never played this one, but I have played the Judge Dredd board game from the same period - Who doesn't love arresting Judge Death for petty littering (or, more likely, getting a quick trip to the hospital)?

I really enjoyed it, and felt it was one of GW's better games of the period.

Sadly my copies got effectively stolen, as part of a falling-out between two different groups of friends that didn't actually involve me other than losing some stuff! On the upside I did get Space Hulk (1st Ed) out of the fallout, oddly.

I have a copy of the game and expansion that I was given in the mid 90s (along with a stack of other Games Workshop which I no longer have). One of the best things about my step-Dad being a regional manager for a big charity was that he often came back from businsss trips with loads of old games he purchased in the stores.

I play this every so often. I have enough boards to do a six-block war but haven't tried it yet
