It depends what you mean by servo skulls. Do you have a specific model in mind?

They used to prevent deepstriking around them in 7th. ed.

Havent heard of them being used in 8th yet so they might have dropped em.

They really should have kept that ability as a stratagem for marines as long as you took a techmarine.

3 CP- Deploy 3 servo skulls anywhere on the table more than 12" away from an enemy unit and outside of their deployment zone. Models cannot enter the game from reinforcements within 6" of a servo skull. If an enemy model gets within 9" remove the servo skull and gain +1 to hit that unit for one turn.

This isn't the place to make up rules.

No, it doesn't seem they have rules anymore. But again, I asked for a specific instance not vagueness. If you gave me the exact rules they had in 7th it would be easier to help.

They might be rolled into the abilities of some models, or Stratagems, but no rules for the models themselves I'm afraid.

For me, the joy is in putting some good-looking models on the board and playing out a fantasy battle - not arguing over the poorly-made rules of some 3rd party who neither has any power over my play nor will be visiting me (and my opponent) to ensure we are "playing by the rules"

The Rhino Primaris in Index: Adeptus Astartes has a Servo-skull Hub that buffs a unit in 12".

If Khorne needs blood, will drown him in his own blood!
If Slaanesh wants pleasure, then we´ll give him DEATH, the greatest pleasure known to man!
If Tzeentch asks for forbidden knowledge, then we will enlighten him with fear of The God Machine!
If Nurgle wants us to embrace rebirth, then to hell with that, the Guard embrace Death, we live to DIE!

And you're not a moderator. And not very polite either, especially for someone so adamant about the Tenets

Yes, there are no rules for a lot of the options an Inquisitor had in 7th and 6th edition, and Servo Skulls are one of the options that was removed - most of my Inquisitors are now no longer playable WYSIWYG, and most of the "invisible" options are gone, too. My acolytes are used as IG / MTs now, and my monkeys are just sitting on a shelf, collecting dust and looking ridiculous as ever.

That being said Servo Skulls will probably never return in that form again, as GW already removed them at the end of 7th in Codex: Imperial Agents. You could technically still use the old Codex:Inquisition datasheet, but keeping that in mind it's really unlikely that GW will bring that mechanic back.

*broke the quotes, sorry for the edits

WYSIWYG is not a rule.

Another way would be to simply slide the landraider sideways like a big slowed hovercraft full of eels. -pismakron

Oh, thanks! That really makes me feel much better about my Inquisitors, being able to play them in a crippled way.

Spoiler:
What do you think why I specifically said they're not playable WYSIWYG instead of just saying they're not playable?

Did they let an inquisitor take a conversion beamer as an option in the index? I can't recall now, though I do recall the Xenos Inquisitor getting to take one in the previous edition. If so, claim the servo skulls with the inquisitor are actually Xenos Conversion Beamers and use the index wargear options.

Gone, just like any other useful option.
