I think we all know what the general idea of this list is! The Champ and Apostle go with 16 Berserkers in the pod. If they drop and make the assault, it'll be a ridiculous slaughter mob. The other two Berserker units travel in the Rhinos. Cultists will snatch objectives in the backfield. I feel I have enough Fists and large choppy units to deal with just about anything. The Kharybdis allows for some flexible deployment and delivery options. What do the denizens of Dakka think? I would gladly take the advice of veteran players.

What about making it alpha legion and infiltrating them 9 inches away at the start of the game.

He wouldn't be able to have the berserkers as troops then I don't think.

I could make it work. Another 80 points to squeeze 20 cultists in shouldn't be to difficult to accommodate.

The infiltrating Berserkers is mean. It's worth adjusting the entire list, imo.

And also frowned upon generally, especially if you pull those kind of shenanigans in casual games because it's so powerful and too reliable. At least until Chapter Approved arrives with it's "whoever is done deploying first gets a +1 to their roll to determine who gets 1st turn" rule instead of "you get first turn when you're done deploying first unless opponent can seize on a 6" so there's a fair chance it backfires spectacularly (still wouldn't want to use it even then because then it'd be a matter of roflstomp when you get first turn and get roflstomped when you don't without any middle ground in between).

Would you not deploy them after the seize the initiative roll as you deploy them before the first turn. So you could deploy them in scenery if you fail to get first turn. Also this is meant to be a competative list.
