I love the idea of Hive Fleet Kronos and wanted to take advantage of the anti-physic shenanigans. I've built this list that involves two battalions - one to hold the line and shoot at the enemy and another to ambush a bunch of melee threats into the flank I wanted. I've never played Tyranid (still assembling models), so I was wondering if this list was a good idea, if it could be improved, etc.

Lesson 1
Termagant (Spinefists) don't assemble like that! Devourers is what you need.
Oke mawclaws are great but if you DS gene stealers and a trygons you might take a second one with devil gaunts to take a way bubble wraping. devilgaunts get 3 S4 shots if you tske 20 you doe 60 shots if you take 30 its 90 shots for 2cp you can make them shoot 2 times 180 shots. It sounds great in practice not many models will be killed,.

Any way if you DS stealers you could take a trygon prime make them fearless

Warriors give them a gun death spitters are great. makes your models more flexible.

MRC are the way to shave off some points on the hive tyrant free and give you rerols on all the missed wound rolls

Zoats they are not that great and the strategem is not that great because it costs command points and is hard to pull off

I'm having trouble with some of the lingo you are using. Please bear with me.

What do you mean that Termagaunt spinefists don't assemble like that? Can devourers be used in melee?

What are devilgaunts?

Do I need to Deepstrike Genestealers instead of using Infestation nodes?

I don't have zoats in the list. Are you saying I should add some or are you referring to the Zoanthropes?
