Can anyone enlighten me as to whether at the big tournies recently and coming up whether the judges allowed firefrenzy strat on those dreads?

I know there has been some statement email that yes its legal from GW, but unless its been adopted as legal by the big tournies yet i dont wanna go to my club and try play it that way? to much hassle!

I've heard of some individual people playing it that way before, but I believe the correct ruling is that you cannot fire frenzy units other than ones NAMED Helbrute

Fire frenzy is usable by Helbrutes, as in the named unit. Contemptors aren’t helbrutes, they just have the HELBRUTE key word that lets them benefit from legion tactics.

The Decimator is a Daemon Engine and in no way related to Helbrutes, even if they look the part.
