I’ve been playing Space Marines since I got into 40k over 10 years ago. I finally decided to create my own chapter and consolidate all my marines into one paint scheme.

I’ve been making a broad commitment to paint a unit a week. For the last two months I’ve managed to keep that schedule.
In the OP I’ll try and keep the finished models posted.

Scheme
Yellow/Black split down the center.

Standard Marines are black and yellow. Yellow Left, Black Right. Yellow trim on Black side, Black trim on yellow side.

Sergeants and Veterans Replace the yellow on their helmets with white. Veterans also switch shoulder pad colors.

Everyone has beakie helmets except scouts and terminators.

I liked the beaky head so much I based my First Company around it. Am suitably jealous you've opted for an entire armies worth!

Very distinctive on the table top though, the models look great and very consistent.

Finished painting the characters and the scouts. Haven’t gotten a good picture of the scouts yet as I’m still rearranging the squads by bases.

Next up is a repainted Terminator squad. Then onto Hellblasters.
