Boots on the ground picture. It is new for Chapter Approved, but a lot of people have already implemented it.

A question potentially remains around whether or not Flyers can be used to help get certain new ITC seconary missions, like line breaker or recon though.

It says so in the errata. 40k is unplayable without knowing the mountains of errata beforehand, so I would highly recommend keeping track of it. Ghaz has a nice sticky at the top of the forum with direct links as well as the link to the community website.
