Little confused on the wording, but can a FBD replace it's Plaguesplitters with only 1 each of Heavy Blight launcher or Fleshmower, or could the FBD have 2 Fleshmowers or 2 Heavy Blight Launchers?

It says you replace both with a single weapon, one or the other.

It's not saying you can replace each, it's saying you have to replace both of them.
