I know I'm probably missing something ridiculously simple, but how can you include a Primaris Psyker or Commissar in, say, a Cadian army if they don't have "Cadia" or "<Regiment>"?

Have them in a different detachment. They're still Imperium if you can't get any closer than that with a keyword match.

Check the 'Advisors and Auxilla' rules on page 132 of Codex Astra Militarum. Certain units can be taken in a detachment without preventing other units from gaining a Regimental Doctrine.

Because they both have IMPERIUM.

Unless you're asking how to keep it pure, in which case "Advisors and Auxilla" rules cover that.

Yeah, need it to be pure Cadia. I’ll take a look at that rule, thanks!

To pile on with the others, check out page 132 in the AM Codex. You can include a number of Advisors and Auxilia in your Cadian detachment without compromising the Doctrine for your Regiment. The Advisors or Auxilia do not themselves benefit from the Doctrine for your detachment, but they do not stop you getting it (Commissars and Primaris Psykers/Astropaths etc are included in that list).

All you have to do is fire three rounds a minute, and stand
