Seconding ph34r's comment. That's not a unit you hedge across rules with.

Would go with something like this for 1850. You have 7CP to play with also. You have a strong chance of getting Shroud Psalm and the Stygies VIII Forgeworld tactic makes the Dragoons incredibly hard to bring down. Lets not even talk about what Cawl and Kastelans are going to do to a large swath of the enemy infantry and light vehicles. Re-rolling neutron lasers...yes please.
