Hi all,
In about a week I have 6 weeks holidays from work
The first 2 weeks I will be spending surfing etc, the last 4 weeks are for planning for work and painting. I like to paint my stuff in pods of viable armies. Thus, working on my
SoB and
GK armies (I just sold a lot of my
SoB (so down to my left over unpainted models) and a lot my
GK's have been plain grey for to long).
4 weeks is a hard ask for what I want done but think is viable (I only spray under coat, no air brushing etc all hand paint after undercoat).
Would like some tips on how to change the armies (750pts), if I ever play at this level (may do some pick up games before paint the rest of my armies). I don't think any look super viable
atm. However, this is cause I usually play at 2k-5k+ so any tips on what to expect if I do play at this level (750) appreciated (idk if will, but i like to paint in pods just in case):

I still have a lot of
SoB left since I sold my main army (so can pretty much suggest anything). Just my first pod of painting so I went normal
BSS over a lot of dominions (to get a variety of weapons and some bolters painted up) and went my Superiors how I like to run the 'superior ones' cause I like painting/converting power axes/combi-meltas, over my converted storm bolter & chainsword Superiors.
The 7x
BSS screen is if don't get first turn. The
BSS in transports obviously advance and shoot from inside vehicle. Would depends on mission, enemy etc. I know people on this forum don't like flamers, but they are an assault weapon (and have always worked well for me) for in repressors and if it gets blown up is good if have to advance etc.

I went Fury over Curious because I want the ranged hit and cause my conversion has an ornate/awesome Storm bolter. I don't like the baby carrier model period so don't own any. The apothecary is just to get a battalion (cheapest
HQ). Plan was to have Apoth, 1x strike, 1x interc deploy norm (out of
los with the strike screening the interceptors, in case enemy has first turn) rest in teleportarium.
GM, 2x strike deploy 9" out and interceptors teleport. Moreover, all strikes are magnatised with Interceptor back packs (I just wanted a battalion).
As said tips appreciated for if I do play these smaller points games.
