Were there any models more top heavy then those old guys? Great classic sculpt. Looking forward to seeing what you do with them.

Thank you Olthannon, youwashock, JoshInJapan, Dysartes, Cap'n Facebeard, gobert, and Nevelon.

Some great comments fellows, which has pushed me to get these finished for the monthly challenge. Yes, I have added old metal scraps and some tiny nails underneath to keep them from falling over in a light breeze. I looked at the other one I had in the lean back position and I had moved him farther forward...wish I had noticed that and removed them from their bases before painting.

So the four Swooping Hawks are finished.

Good to see the Hawks finished off, Captain - what's on deck next for the pointy-eared gits?

Well Dysartes, since this months unofficial painting challenge is Let’s Finish This!...I figured I would pull out a conversion I had been thinking of doing for years.

I purchased this damaged Eldrad on eBay (missing his sword) and have been planning on converting him to a regular Farseer for years. Specifically like the conversion used in the second Eldar Codex for third edition.

So off come the arms, staff, and whatever the top of the helmet are called.

Wow! When you first showed the broken Eldrad I was just expecting a new pistol hand. This is much more exciting

This guy is a much more understated farseer. Makes Eldrad look like a real bling-meister.

A very Nice character to add to the army
